Brode's Kindergarten graduation

singing skidamarinkadink skidamarinkado!

Getting his diploma!

The graduate! Wow it is so fun to watch him grow up. There were so many moms that said they were going to cry but all I felt was excitement for the journey he has a head of him. I have never felt much sadness at watching him go from one phase in life to another. I always think abot how much fun and adventure he has a head of him and how lucky I am to get to watch all of it. I am so blessed to be a stay at home mom and never miss a beat! My children are the greatest job I could ever imagine having!

T ball 2008. Brodes first game of the year!

oops missed!

Third baseman. Wheres the ball guys?
We are excited to be back in t ball season. I just love to watch Brode play. We had an entertaining moment when on his first hit he smacked the ball and went running to the wrong base! He goes for the ball everytime no matter how far away it is from him in the outfield. It is so fun to watch him grow and do big boy stuff!

Peytonisms

Peyton has just been blowing me away lately with her little quirky self. Her imagination and super vocabulary are always good for a laugh. He newest antics involve an imaginary friend named Jack. She is constantly talking to this invisible little friend whether it is on her princess cell phone or in person. Jack comes over for a sleep over every night and also joins us in the car each time we go out. It is pure entertainment when she is chatting with him on the phone and my favorite quote is " ok, sooooo". Very "sixteenish " if you ask me.
Other Peytonisms:
Floorpet= carpeted floor
I waaaant you= I need a nap!
Teaguie Teaguie Cutie Cutie= I really like my baby brother
My back hurts= I am sick of being in the car
Here ia a rock for you mom = She actually picks up a rock or two from our yard every single day and brings it to me as if it were gold.

Kindergarten field trip to the Denver Zoo

Peyton liked the turtles
Looking at the crocodile
Wild Horses
Komodo Dragon!
Peyton, Teague, and I joined Brode at the Denver Zoo for his Kindergarten field trip. We had a great time and had great weather as well. Just sunny and slightly cool. It made for a great day! Peyton didn't say a word the whole time and just ran from animal to animal completely intrigued. Brode just loved being with his school friends and enjoying the sunshine! Teague rode in his front pack and was sooo goo dhteh whole time. he never even made a peep!

The Bike Riding Wonder and the Boy Contortionist

These pictures are an example of why the bumbo seat has a red stamp on the side that says "Do not use on elevated surfaces". Needless to say we have stopped using it on elevated surfaces! I haven't figured out why he always likes his head hanging upside down!

Brode has become a real bike riding enthusiast. He lives to ride! He is out there first thing in the morning or as soon as I let him go! He is like a caged animal if I make him stay in the house for any length of time. He is gonna be just like his daddy I guess. Charile just loves to see him out there on his bike!

Teagues Tooth

And now tooth #2 making its debut. Only a few days later! WOW he sure is an early bloomer!

Teague cut his first tooth yesterday! It finally just popped through. I am glad because maybe he will quit drooling for a while. He is so funny and rolls all over the place and is a real momma's boy. He is not quite five months so he is a little bit faster teether then my other two who I think cut their first teeth at 6 months old.

The Bum Shot

With each of my kids I get an 8x10 photo of them in their naked glory on their tummies and they are framed in my bathroom. I was trying to see if i could just take Teagues myself and not go in to a studio. Here are the results. Wish you were here Hannah! I guess we will be making an appointment for a sitting!
