Soccer season

Teague getting in on the action. He is ready to play now but they don't let you play till 4. He kicks the ball great and can already dribble it down the field.
Brode did great this season. He insisted that he didn't want to play this year, but once he got going he did great.
Peyton posing for the camera. She loved playing and just running around with the kids. She is a great sport and always had a good attitude.

Once in a while she even kicked the ball!
But most of the time she just ran around and had a great time! We had a really fun time watching them play this year. Brode is getting to the age that the games are actually entertaining. I love seeing them get out there and play!

Summer catch up

I have been such a slacker about blogging that i decided to put up some things from the fun summer we had this year. I couldn't bring myself to post the current stuff till I got these up. So here goes.

Joe's valley Family Reunion

We went to the Jewkes family reunion in Joes valley. This is a family tradition that has been going on for a few generations. We had a great time camping and getting filthy. We cooked dutch oven style, swam in the stream, and played with cousins. What a fun family tradition. The kids had a blast and were so dirty they were practically unrecognizable on the way home.

Timpanogos Caves

We hiked to the timpanogos caves with Grandma Jackie and Grandpa Gary. It was a long, hot hike. Even the kids were worn out by the time we made it to the top. The caves were awesome and we all had a great time, As you can see I made the kids wear orange so that I wouldn't lose them in the cave. Grandma and Grandpa were total troopers to come with us on this hike. IT was a tough one but they made it!

Fourth of july

I have been a real slacker about posting on the blog. I really needed to update but I can't seem to force myself to put up the current stuff until I have put up the stuff that happened this summer. So here goes...

For the fourth of July We went to traverse mountain with the cousins and played on these fun bouncy house slides. We had lunch and played games. Later we went to Layton for a parade and the fireworks show. We had a great time with cousins and grandparents.

My little warrior

Anyone that knows Teague knows that he has a lot of fight in him. He is my little messenger sent to teach me patience through his determination. He is such a big boy and loves to do everything himself. He has a funny little habit of rubbing on my ears when he is sad or tired. I guess that makes me his "woobie" . Every day when the kids get ready for school he gets himself dressed and puts on a backpack and tells me he is going to baby school. And every day he gets mad later when I drop off the kids and he dosen't have any baby school to go to. He is such a special little guy and we love him soooo much.
